Court Security Officer (Part-Time)

Provide security for court complex building in Paw Paw and South Haven, enforcing regulations, investigating offenses, and maintaining public peace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of the Michigan Law Enforcement Officers Training Academy
• MCOLES certified or certifiable
• Citizen of the United States
• Previous experience as a law enforcement officer
• Ability to use firearms
• Knowledge of modern law enforcement practices and procedures
• Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and access to dependable transportation
• Satisfactory driving record
