Requirements

• Independent work within the area of responsibility
• Food and beverage service in the à la carte restaurant as well as at events
• Guest care and advice in terms of food and beverage selection
• Daily arrangement of the dining area and buffet area as well as completion of the workplace-related mise en place
• Warehouse management (careful storage of goods, monitoring of stock levels and demand determination)
