Reservierungsleitung (mwd)

As a Reservation Manager, you will lead the reservation department, manage reservation processes, and ensure a positive atmosphere in the team. You will work with international guests and lead your team with foresight and empathy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in reservations, preferably as a manager
• Sovereignty on the phone
• Business thinking and acting in the sense of the company
• Very good German language skills, professional appearance
• Good English skills
• Team, leadership, and enforcement skills
