Job Description
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of cleaning in accordance with HACCP regulations, leading a team of 35-40 employees, and reporting to the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality and/or catering, and is enthusiastic and hospitable with an eye for detail.
Requirements
- Ability to work well in a team and with different nationalities
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays
- Leadership experience in hospitality and/or catering
