Traveling Commodities Team Member

The Traveling Commodities Team Member is responsible for efficiently and accurately fulfilling customer orders at a mobile wire center. This role involves unloading commodities, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining inventory, requiring a forklift and a commitment to safety. This position is on-site and involves travel within the United States to be assigned to different locations.

Requirements

• Pick and prepare customer pipe and wire
• Receive and unload commodities from delivery trucks
• Maintain inventory and equipment
• Prepare product for shipment
• Travel within the United States (for assignment)
• Work at the Central Distribution Center (when not assigned)
• Maintain standard driving performance
• Maintain compliance with DOT requirements
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Prior distribution center experience preferred
• Ability to lift 100 lbs on a consistent basis
• Ability to operate lift truck equipment
