Leasing Consultant needed at Conclave Glenwood apartment community in Raleigh, NC. Primary focus is to develop productive relationships with residents and maximize client satisfaction, occupancy, and retention.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related fields
• Prior experience in leasing or property management is preferred
• Ability to conduct community and apartment inspections (inside and outside) in varying weather conditions
• Weekend work is required
• Bilingual preferred
