Job Description
Van Metre is seeking Property Management Interns for Summer 2026 to work on marketing, resident retention, and customer service in a fully in-person internship with a salary of $15.00/hr.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Property Management undergraduate program
- Motivated individual with a passion for helping people, sales, real estate, or a combination of all three
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Social Media Savvy
- Outside the box thinker and problem solver
- Valid Driver's License and personal transportation
