Job Description
We are looking for a junior service advisor who gets energy from customer contact, planning, and maintaining the workshop. As a junior service advisor, you are the face of our workshop and ensure that customers feel seen, heard, and helped from the first contact to the moment they pick up their car.
Requirements
- Experience as a junior service advisor or a customer-focused role within the automotive sector
- Affinity with automotive technology (learning is allowed!)
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
