We are looking for a Sales Administration Employee for our Van Mossel Mercedes-Benz location in Charlois. Your focus will be on the entire administrative process of the passenger car sales.

Requirements

• Ordering passenger cars from the supplier and monitoring delivery time and configuration correctness;
• Buying new and used cars;
• Preparing sales invoices for new and used cars;
• Frequent contact with our Sales department colleagues and with Lease- and Financing Companies;
• Ensuring correct digital file formation;
• Coordinating various transports;
