We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join the team of service advisors at Van Mossel Mercedes-Benz Vans & Trucks in Rotterdam Charlois. As a service advisor, you will be the link between the customer and the workshop, receiving customers, determining their problems, and adjusting with them. You will also schedule work, monitor progress, and discuss invoices with customers.

Requirements

• Affinity with automotive technology, trucks, and vans
• Good communication skills and mastery of the Dutch language
• Full-time availability
