Analyst, Visa Planning & Settlement (18-month contract)

We are seeking a detail-oriented team player with strong analytical and accounting skills to join our Payments Operations team as an Analyst, Visa Planning & Settlement. This is an 18-month contract role that will enjoy hybrid working arrangements and contribute to business objectives through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or payment processing
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with reconciliation and journal entries in accordance with IFRS
• Proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets
• Strong analytical skills to detect anomalies and resolve discrepancies
• Business acumen in the payments or financial industry
• Communication and interpersonal skills to provide specialized advice and respond to inquiries
• Planning and coordination skills to meet reporting and business requirements
