We are looking for a hands-on, yet strategic Business Unit Manager to join Vandapower in Austin, Texas. You will oversee the daily operational activities of the company and report directly to the Operations Director. This role is ideal for someone who combines practical operational oversight with a strong business mindset—someone who can jump into the details when needed, but who is equally comfortable preparing reports, contributing to board-level discussions, and driving alignment with our global strategy.
