Job Description
We are Vandebron, a company working to make 100% green energy available 100% of the time. As a Back Office Specialist, you will be responsible for executing complex Back Office processes, handling customer cases, and contributing to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in a Back Office or administrative role, in energy, utilities or finance, is preferred
- Experience with second-line customer handling and escalation management within energy is a plus
- Good knowledge of Back Office tools (e.g. Ecedo, Salesforce, MVDB, EDSN) and advanced Excel skills and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of relevant legislation (AVG, energy legislation) is a plus
- Flexible, positive, and resilient in a rapidly growing and changing organization
- Availability of 24 to 40 hours per week
