QA Lead

As QA Lead, you will strengthen quality across Vandebron's product and engineering organization. You will define and maintain a quality strategy, bring a quality perspective into product development, and partner with Engineering Team Leads and Product Owners on quality-related decisions.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in QA or quality leadership
• Proven experience setting up a QA strategy or discipline and gaining buy-in from both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience working on complex systems, platforms, or large-scale changes
• Familiarity with Jira and GitHub (or similar tooling)
• Comfortable influencing across teams without direct authority
• Strong communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical contexts
