Group lead Deployment Team

As a Group Lead Deployment team, your primary focus will be leading a team of deployment engineers and deployment managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, slight preference for a technical background, but not required;
• Experience in managing a team, preferably experience with a partially remote team;
• Knowledge of test and deployment strategies/methods/risk analysis and relevant tooling in Warehouse Solutions;
• Experience in working with agile development methods/teams including DevOps, CI/CD etc;
• Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary and highly international project organization;
• Advanced verbal and written skills in English, able to communicate and guide an international team.
