Tech Lead - Java

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead who will drive technical delivery, lead a mature team, ensure operational excellence, and oversee budgets and planning for ongoing support activities. The role involves leading a team of developers and testers, managing resource planning, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through adherence to coding standards and QA practices.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in an IT-related field or equivalent
• 10–15 years of relevant work experience with strong exposure to maintenance and improvement of existing systems
• Proven experience leading or managing mature engineering teams
• Experience working with global clients and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
• Logistics or warehouse automation domain knowledge
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Ability to make quick decisions and drive day-to-day work for warehouses
