The Accounts Payable/Accounting Clerk performs general Accounting work including data entry and record maintenance related to Accounts Payable and General Accounting.
Requirements
- Strong flexibility, able to multi-task and change directions
- Excel proficient; working knowledge of computer software – PC based accounting program experience
- Detail orientation, accuracy and thoroughness required
- Excellent internal and external communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write and communicate English
- Ability to understand and adhere to all Vanguard’s policies, processes and workplace guidelines
- Very organized with excellent time management skills
