Job Description
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the European Marketing team, ensuring a robust control environment that aligns with our marketing strategy. You will act as a key partner to the Marketing Management Team (MMT), providing regular updates on progress against budgets and key results, and ensuring alignment across teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience of working within Asset Management
- Strong technology skills, ideally with experience in Workfront, Confluence, MS Office, and AI tools (or a willingness to learn)
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to embrace new projects and technologies
- Comfortable working with data and providing analysis to support decision-making and budget tracking
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Excellent communication skills
