Job Description
We're seeking a Lead Marketing Strategy Analyst to join our team, enhancing the performance of our marketing campaigns through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data science techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of related work experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python for data manipulation, optimization algorithms and modeling using big data cloud platforms
- Understanding of A/B testing, regression, hypothesis testing, and statistical significance
- Familiarity with Marketing and Funnel KPIs like ROI, LTV, Attribution Metrics, Engagement Metrics
- Critical thinking & problem-solving skills to identify optimization opportunities and designing experiments
