Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, including 2+ years of product management experience
• Investment acumen and understanding of Vanguard's product offerings
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks
• Passion for technology and continuous learning
