Senior Director, Data and Analytics, Advice & Wealth Management

Vanguard is seeking a Senior Director, Data and Analytics to lead the data analytics strategy and management for 3 teams within our AWM division. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with deep knowledge of the financial services sector.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data and analytics
• Deep knowledge of financial services sector
• Experience building and leading teams of Data Analysts and Researchers
• Deep expertise in data platforms (cloud-native, distributed computing, data lakes/warehouses, streaming), APIs, MCPs and metadata management
• Familiarity with AI/ML model development, deployment and advanced analytics integration into production systems
• Proficient understanding and shaping data governance best practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
