Senior Manager, Fraud Policy & Governance

Senior Manager, Fraud Policy & Governance to lead the development and execution of fraud governance and risk policy frameworks within Vanguard’s Enterprise Risk Management function.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years’ related work experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Graduate degree preferred
• Experience in risk management, governance, or fraud prevention within financial services or regulated industries
• Proven people leadership experience, including hiring, developing, and scaling teams
• Expertise in policy development, control design, and risk assessment readiness
• Ability to work in a global environment and manage cross-regional relationships
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
