Senior Manager, Fraud Policy & Governance to lead the development and execution of fraud governance and risk policy frameworks within Vanguard’s Enterprise Risk Management function.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years’ related work experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Graduate degree preferred
- Experience in risk management, governance, or fraud prevention within financial services or regulated industries
- Proven people leadership experience, including hiring, developing, and scaling teams
- Expertise in policy development, control design, and risk assessment readiness
- Ability to work in a global environment and manage cross-regional relationships
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
