Senior Project Manager (construction)

Vanir is a proud minority- and woman-owned company seeking a Senior Project Manager for its construction projects. The successful candidate will provide senior level management support for the client, coordinate and direct project activities, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Requirements

• 4 year degree required
• 5+ years construction experience working on public mental wellness or public health care projects
• Experience implementing Progress Design Build Projects for public agencies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
• Progressive Design Build contract administration experience
