Job Description
Vanir is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Mechanical Engineering Plumbing to provide planning, design, and construction administrative and management support on infrastructure, building systems, low-voltage, fire alarm/fire suppression, and cooling upgrade projects. This full-time, Sacramento, CA-based position requires strong leadership and strong knowledge of HVAC/fire systems design and implementation. The role involves overseeing the design-build team and managing project controls within budget.
Requirements
- Supervision of HVAC/fire alarm/fire suppression systems and large multi-building campuses.
- Experience in correctional facility construction, large multi-building campuses, infrastructure, public works, or large commercial projects.
- Experience and strong knowledge of HVAC systems and related specifications, codes, and standards.
- Knowledge of contracts, documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management software.
