Vanta is seeking a Staff Product Designer to define a net-new experience vision, strategy, and execution for a highly AI-centric workflow builder. The successful candidate will lead design and execution of strategic projects, conduct customer discovery, and mentor other designers.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact
- Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights
- Strong ability to mentor and influence others
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving
- Proven success in driving design strategy and systemic thinking
