Requirements

• 3-5 years of technical recruitment experience
• B.S. degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (preferred)
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong understanding of technical roles, requirements, and the tech talent landscape
