Job Description
Vantage Apparel is seeking a Packing Team Leader to oversee packing operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfillment. This role involves coordinating packing activities, monitoring workflow, and providing training to team members. The successful candidate will maintain high standards, promote safety, and drive efficiency throughout the packing process.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, and English (preferred).
