Business Management Analyst (Belfast) – Financial Services Technology

We are seeking a Business Management Analyst to join our Technology function. The role is central to ensuring governance, coordination, and operational efficiency across Technology.

Requirements

• Provide direct support to the Technology Leadership Team and Business Manager
• Respond to ad-hoc requests and deliver insights and information to support effective decision-making
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation
• Review and enhance existing business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as the main point of contact for Technology queries and information requests
• Support cost management by working with budget holders to review and challenge deal approvals
• Track key operational activities
