The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team at the Mountain Home AFB in Idaho. The RN will work with a wide array of healthcare professionals, providing patient care, coordinating activities, ensuring a safe environment, and adhering to regulatory guidelines. This role focuses on both clinical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Requirements
- Participate in orientation and training of new personnel
- Work with Microsoft Office 365 programs, MS Outlook and internet usage
- Serve and participate in committees and meetings
- Coordinate patient care and ensure patient safety
- Administer medications and conduct health history
- Perform physical exams and health histories
- Provide health promotions, counseling, and education
- Perform nursing services according to scope of practice
- Conduct research for improved practice
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours between 7am to 5pm, with a 1 hour lunch
