As retail media networks grow, expectations rise: more coordination, more accountability, more measurable impact. We're hiring a Product & Customer Marketing Manager to help turn attention into advocacy.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or related roles within retail media or enterprise SaaS
- Strong understanding of retail media networks, supplier ecosystems, and enterprise retail buying cycles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high craft bar across presentations and content
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer teams
- Ability to operate independently, taking strategic direction, building execution plans, and delivering without heavy oversight
- Intellectual curiosity, pattern recognition, and the confidence to challenge assumptions thoughtfully
