Customer Solutions Specialist II plays a pivotal role in delivering a customer experience by serving as the primary liaison between Vantedge Medical and its customers, resolving escalations efficiently, and providing data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-year degree in Business, Customer Experience, Project Management, or other related field
- Or, minimum of 5 years experience in Customer Service oriented role in a medical contract manufacturing environment or equivalent manufacturing environment experience
