Swiss Set Up Operator | 2nd Shift

Swiss Set Up Operator responsible for operating & setting up jobs specified by a supervisor, adhering to quality and continuously improving processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years machining experience.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
• Proficiency in safely and effectively using hand tools.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for prolonged periods, and safely work in tight or confined spaces.
• Knowledge of set up, machine speeds, and feeds for materials and tooling selection.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiar with ISO requirements.
