Job Description
Vantis is seeking a Regional Practice Manager to serve as a link between medical practices and central management. The manager will support on-site teams, optimize processes, and ensure efficient, patient-oriented operations in the North region (Hanover, Bremen, Hamburg). This role involves advising practice managers, implementing process improvements, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
- Completed training in the medical or commercial field (e.g., Medical Assistant, Practice Manager, Healthcare Economics)
- Several years of experience in practice management or in the management of an MVZ / a medical practice
- Structured working style and hands-on mentality
- Ability to motivate and support teams
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Fluency in German
- Basic English skills
