The Project Manager provides leadership and direction for skid assembly projects from concept through delivery, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance while meeting customer specifications.
Requirements
- Coordinates cross-functional teams through all phases of skid assembly projects
- Develops and maintains detailed project plan and critical path
- Monitors progress and adjusts resources and timelines proactively
- Tracks project budgets and spending
- Serves as primary point of contact for project communication
- Identifies project risks and develops mitigation plans
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, SCM, Quality, and Test teams
- Oversees change management processes
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives
