Job Description
Vast is building artificial gravity space stations, aiming to support long-term habitation in space. They are seeking an Avionics Harness Technician to support the development of systems for building these spaces. The role involves working with a team on electrical builds using commercial grade wiring. It's a full-time, non-exempt position based in Long Beach, CA.
Requirements
- Construct superior wire cables, perform PCB assembly rework, assemble and test racks/systems
- Assist avionics engineering by rapidly iterating electronic components and cables
- Comprehend cable wiring diagrams and schematics
- Collaborate with engineering to transform concepts into reality
- Verify flight hardware and thoroughly document outcomes
