Job Description
Vast is looking for an Information Systems Support Specialist to support the development of systems for designing and building artificial-gravity human-rated space stations. The role will involve providing L1/L2 support for enterprise systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT or Information Systems support
- Proven experience with ITSM tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Exhibits excellent cross collaboration communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve difficult technical issues with limited information
