Job Description
Vatica Health is seeking a Provider Engagement Manager to drive practice success, particularly within their assigned territory. This role focuses on building relationships with C-suite, staff, and providers, proactively identifying performance improvement opportunities, and managing risk adjustment. The position requires collaboration, data-driven insights, and presentation skills to improve provider satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 3+ years of provider account management or liaison/engagement experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in a healthcare setting (health system or similar).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with Value Based Care or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power BI).
