Avdelningschef Civilberedskap

As Department Head of Civil Preparedness, you will lead and develop the department's work in civil preparedness, crisis management, and continuity. You will have overall responsibility for the department's operation, results, and employees and work both operationally and strategically.

Requirements

• documented experience of leadership and management positions
• experience of working in critical societal activities, security, preparedness, or related areas
• good communication skills, ability to prioritize, and make decisions even under uncertainty
• an inclusive leadership style that builds engagement and responsibility
• good communicative skills in Swedish and English
