We are revolutionizing the automotive industry in Turkey, and we're looking for an Accounting and Tax Manager to join our team. As a manager, you'll be responsible for managing general accounting processes, payroll accounts, and year-end closing processes, ensuring financial reporting is completed on time and accurately.

Requirements

• Have a degree from the Economics, Business, Finance, or Accounting departments of universities
• Have over 10 years of experience in accounting
• Be a certified accountant (SMMM)
• Be an expert in Oracle-based ERP programs and modules, with a system-level approach to process improvement and control
• Be familiar with Turkish accounting standards and preferably IFRS standards
• Have strong English language skills
• Be familiar with general accounting tasks and year-end closing processes
• Be able to analyze complex processes and problems, focus on tax management, and follow changes in tax laws
