Job Description
VDOT is seeking an IT Portfolio Manager to design, implement, and oversee operations for IT projects and programs. The role involves analyzing data, developing policies, resolving issues, and managing a portfolio of IT functions like Governance, Finance, and Project Management. The Manager will work as part of a cohort to ensure seamless integrations between IT Portfolios and business goals.
Requirements
- Manage, monitor, and facilitate compliance with VDOT policies, standards and guidelines.
- Develop and update user manuals.
- Provide status reports, prepare documentation, and conduct user training.
- Coordinate project teams and manage work throughput.
- Develop and support strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Provide guidance, advice, and technical assistance to supervisors.
