Job Description
Vector Atomic is seeking talented Opto-mechanical Engineers to contribute to the full lifecycle of quantum device development for applications like GPS-free navigation and communication. The role involves detailed optical/optomechanical system design, micro-optical assembly, and precision manufacturing procedures. They are a rapidly growing company in a dynamic field.
Requirements
- BS in optical engineering (MS/PhD preferred) or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- US export control laws compliance
- Hands-on expertise in optical fiber and laser diode coupling/ collimation
- Proficiency in software such as Solidworks, COMSOL, and Zemax
- Experience with narrow linewidth lasers and photonic systems
