We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and expand embedded software opportunities, develop next generation solutions, and manage customer relationships to facilitate long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Drive and execute strategic business development plans for assigned product line.
- Identify and create new and add-on business opportunities with target OEMs and Tier-1s.
- Strategically build customer relationships from technical to executive management stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact facilitating revenue growth targets and issue resolution.
- Work with account management to follow opportunities through to a sale including issue resolutions, customer satisfaction, and product deliveries
- Create customer presentations and technical articles, develop webinars, participate in congresses and trade fairs.
- Work closely with product line management and customer sales teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Provide market and customer feedback to influence product roadmaps.
- Monitor automotive electronic and software technology trends (electrification, ADAS, connectivity, software-defined vehicles).
- Provide intelligence on competitor offerings, customer strategies, and market shifts.
