The Key Account Manager develops, manages, and grows relationships with strategic customers in the Medical Technology and other sectors.
Requirements
- Drive and execute strategic account development plans targeting medical technology markets and customers.
- Identify and assess customer potential through cold calling, cross selling, customer events and other methods.
- Conduct or facilitate contract negotiations to successful outcomes.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the CMI BDM and customer sales teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Conduct and support assessments in the field of Medical Technology and other industries.
- Perform technical valuations in order to present our solutions to customers in a customized manner.
- Present MedTech product portfolio to customers, at trade shows and professional conferences.
- Ensure smooth execution of product deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
