Job Description
The District General Manager is responsible for the overall health of the branch operating units to encompass the Raleigh district. This role requires a team builder who can blend different distinct cultures into one cohesive organization, fostering collaboration, trust, and alignment across teams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of successful leadership experience
- Proven experience overseeing business operations, human resources, finance, and communications
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
