Job Description
Veeco is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support MBE vacuum equipment and systems in the EMEA region. The role involves on-site installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance, as well as customer support, leading to direct customer interaction and documentation. This position offers leadership opportunities and a chance to be a site lead in a state-of-the-art facility.
Requirements
- Install, modify, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on MBE Vacuum Equipment systems.
- Lead on-site installations, upgrade, testing, and repair.
- Perform final configuration and functionality testing.
- Train Veeco and customer personnel.
- Provide customer training and guidance.
- Maintain customer communication through on-site meetings.
