The Head of Commercial Strategy will be responsible for defining commercial, pricing, and offer management strategy and methodologies to drive sustainable and profitable growth. They will manage a team of project managers and business process owners and collaborate with data teams to leverage data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in a sales department, or in consulting, with a master's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or similar
- Previous role in marketing and sales, finance, or strategic consulting is highly preferred
- Experience in advanced project management, involving problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively and navigate within a complex matrix organization
- Former experience in managing a team
- Comfortable and impactful communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills, knowledge, and ability to derive data-driven business insights
- Computer skills, highly proficient using financial analysis tools such as Excel, SQL is a plus
