Commercial Hub Team Leader

The Commercial Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of Commercial Team Coordinators, handling inbound and outbound calls and emails from Enterprise and Key account holders, and ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service. The role involves coordinating coaching, training, and development opportunities, managing staffing levels, and monitoring KPIs.

• Proven experience in managing and motivating a large team in a challenging, customer focused environment.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and implementing improvement strategies.
• Experience managing commercial accounts or B2B client relationships.
• Knowledge of private hire regulations or transport industry operations.
• Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint skills.
