Job Description
VEG is a rapidly growing, 2025 certified Great Place to Work® company providing veterinary emergency care and support for pets and their people. The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the company's benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment, compliance, and clear communication to employees. This role will require partnership with vendors and a focus on employee wellbeing and retention.
Requirements
- Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, retirement plans, wellness programs).
- Oversee day-to-day operations of benefits administration.
- Provide employees with clear and comprehensive benefits information.
- Maintain accurate benefits data and ensure timely updates.
- Partner with vendors and carriers to resolve issues and strengthen relationships.
- Ensure full compliance with regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA).
