Job Description
VEG is a rapidly growing emergency veterinary company seeking a passionate and motivated Emergency Veterinary Assistant to provide compassionate care and assist a variety of veterinary tasks. Requirements
- Treat patients and customers with compassion and care.
- Perform basic to intermediate nursing care, patient monitoring, and treatments.
- Administer medications and monitor fluid therapy.
- Participate in staff meetings and provide team support.
- CPR certification (RECOVER or other)
- Sample collection and diagnostic testing.
- Administer anesthesia (with LVT or DVM supervision).
- Patient rounding and care planning.
