Lead, Ground Operations

As a Ground Operations Lead at Veho, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics activities, leading daily interactions with cross-functional teams and guiding a shared shift to guarantee successful launches and sorts.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field
• Owns a modern smartphone and can navigate apps on a smartphone daily
• Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks is preferred
• Proficiency in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as required by operational needs
